The back to school rush feels just about settled now and October is creeping around the corner. Where September is going I have no idea. I know Autumn is a favourite season for lots of us (depending on where you are in the world) so noticing the leaves changing colours, dark cosy nights and a slower energy overall is high on our agenda. This is also my favourite time to go inwards.

We’re entering the last quarter of 2023 and I don’t know about you but I want to make the most of it. However you started the year, whatever goals yous set there’s still time to take steady, grounded but meaningful action and make the rest of 2023 intentional.

Next week I’m going to host a live journaling session so we can spend an hour figuring out how that looks and feels for all of us with our intuition as our guide. Candles and tea at the ready! By the end of the hour my hope is you’ll feel clear on what it is you want out of the rest of 2023 but most importantly how you’re going to make it happen.
