I know so many of us struggle to ground ourselves in the version we want to show up as so we can live out truth. We get swept up in the noise of everyday life and then feel out of alignment. Something is off, we’re not fulfilled. We know we need to make changes but we’re not always sure what they are or how to make a start.

If you’re new here, these events are a safe space for us to pause, reflect, and connect with our inner truths through the power of journaling. They’re cosy, informal (turn up in your pjs if you like) but mighty.

This session is designed to help you quieten your mind so you can listen to your heart. It’s a good one for budding creatives, business hopefuls, those standing at a crossroads unsure which way to turn or anyone on a a healing journey.

We'll spend a quiet hour working through guided journaling prompts designed to unlock deeper insights, foster self-awareness, and cultivate a sense of authenticity. Whether you're new to journaling or a seasoned pro, this event offers an opportunity to explore your emotions, embrace vulnerability, and honour your unique journey.
