Well we’re about to pass the half way mark of 2023 and I don’t know about you but I’m ready for a check in.

Next week I’m going to host a live event where we take an hour to revisit our progress in 2023, celebrate how far we’ve come (further than you think!) and map our course for the rest of the year.

If you didn’t set a word for the year, didn’t make a vision board or make any goals please don’t feel excluded. It’s never too late to take hold of the reins and start living from a place of intention. We have a whole 6 months left of the year and this is also a great way to decide how we’re going to make the most of them in a way that feels authentic, nourishing and progressive for each of us.
