Invitation to a Half-Year Check-In Summer Solstice Journaling Session
Ready to unlock the power of the longest day?
Hello everyone!
Next week is summer solstice for those of us in the northern hemisphere, the longest day of the year. It’s the time when everything, including you is at its most alive. I’m hosting a little celebration here on substack in the form of a half year check-in summer solstice journaling session and of course you’re all invited.
The mid way point is the perfect time to reflect on the year so far, our vision boards, any words of the year or intentions we may have set as well as set new intentions for the coming months. This is what we’ll use this journaling session to focus on.
Date - Thursday 20th June
Time - 6pm Paris time
Location - Zoom (link at the bottom of this email)
What to expect
Reflection and introspection - guided journaling prompts to help you look back on the last six months, appreciate your growth, challenges and accomplishments.
Goal setting - Exercises to help you clarify your intentions and set meaningful goals for the rest of the year.
Sharing and connection - An opportunity to share and connect with fellow participants and gain new perspectives.
What to bring
Your fabulous authentic self, favourite notebook and pen
A comfortable and quiet space where you can focus
An open mind and a willingness to explore your inner world
Summer solstice is one of my favourite times of year because of the peak energy it brings. It’s a natural time for huge realisations come to light, reflections come through with ease and new paths emerge. I’m really looking forward to celebrating with you this year.
This event is for paid subscribers. If you’re not yet a paid subscriber but you’d like to join us you can upgrade your membership here and then you’ll find the link at the bottom of this email.
Looking forward to seeing you there.
Lots of love
